If you haven't been here before, go now! Do not pass go, do not collect $200 dollars, just go! I don't even like going to the Strader's on my side of town after going here. I would love a garden like Strader's. Just go.

I am extremely disappointed with this store and will never shop here again. I purchased over $200 worth of plants from Strader's and one hanging basket out of the bunch of them starting wilting and looking terrible within 2 days of having it. I took it back to them as soon as I could which was exactly 5 days later and they refused to exchange it or make it right. In fact the manager made a snarky remark stating that "maybe I should have watered it." I did water it faithfully with all the other plants and they are all fine. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. What used to be a neighborhood friendly store is now a joke. Don't buy plants here, they are poor quality. Choose local greenhouses like Oakland, Yonie's, or even Lowe's because at least they all stand by their projects they sell and most importantly they aren't rude and accusatory. Furthermore, getting any help from them to answer any questions is a joke. They act like they are annoyed by your presence. After reading through the other reviews, I can see I am not alone in my complaints, and I find it funny that Strader's only comments on the good reviews and never addresses their upset customers. Very sad! I used to come

Pre mothers day shopping spree with my daughter and what a pleasant time we had until checkout. There wasn't a price tag on an item. The cashier was disrespectful tells my daughter he can't ring it up without a price tag instead of him requesting a price my daughter decided to go get the item with a price tag; however, as she's on her way he says "make it quick!" She came back he's still disrespectful by not bagging our nonplant items. I inform him I will not be disrespected I need bags and to be very careful how he talks to ppl because you may get what you want. He then realizes he messed up. He was disrespectful to the customer before us, telling her she can't take a basket out the store how is she to get her plants out. This may be a rule however how you talk to customers is everything. An elderly lady who was in the wrong lane for the checkout line was chastised and told to go to the end of the line, again how you talk to ppl goes a long way (cashier in lane 2). He was at register 3. I hope this is addressed due to my daughter and I have shopped here several times; however, I have no problem with changing nurseries. Pre-mother's day and this is how we are treating ppl or anyda

Honestly, I have no idea what kind of a day other people are having, but I got some of THE BEST customer service when I stopped by Strader's today. I was greeted, approached, and asked if I needed help by every employee I saw. Not only that I had questions about a variety of different plants (Yucca, Monstera, Bonsai, Succulents, Begonias, and more) and every person I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and informative! I forgot the lovely blonde gentleman's name, but he and a coworker with shorter teal hair and glasses were amazing and answered all my questions and gave plenty of encouragement and advice. My opinion is that if you need help, you have to ask for it. Yeah, you should still be greeted and asked for help, but in my experience with customer service: not a single soul wanted me to say hi and ask them if they need anything and would have preferred to be left alone to shop. Idk I think a lot of people are getting their tightie whities in a twist not being catered to hand and foot, but that might just be me. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ Only doing 4 starts because there is some legitimacy to the prices on some plants, but not all and not every product are over priced and rare plants are c
